Responsibilities

• Generate New Business – Actively prospect through networking, referrals, community engagement, and direct outreach.
• Provide Expert Insurance Solutions – Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage across Auto, Home, Property, Commercial, and Life Insurance.
• Educate Guide Clients – Conduct consultations to explain policy options, benefits, and coverage details in a clear and professional manner.
• Meet Exceed Sales Goals – Drive consistent performance to achieve individual and agency targets.

Requirements
