Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Westbury Apartments in Center City Philadelphia. As the first point of contact for residents, tenants, and visitors, you will help create a positive experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the front desk.

The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, remains calm under pressure, responds effectively in emergency situations, and is willing to assist with coverage shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, tenants, vendors, and guests in a warm and professional manner.

• Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.

• Manage package deliveries and assist with resident service requests.

• Provide administrative support to property management as needed.

• Monitor building activity and respond appropriately to emergencies or security concerns.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional presence.

Qualifications

• Availability to work Thurs-Mon from 12am-8am

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Previous front desk, concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
