Civil Design Technician

We are seeking a Civil Design Technician to support civil engineering design and drafting activities for a growing project team in Conshohocken, PA. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience using Civil 3D, 3D modeling, and the preparation of civil engineering contract drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective communication with department members, management, clients, and other project stakeholders.
• Perform 3D modeling using Civil 3D.
• Assist with the creation and development of civil engineering contract drawings.
• Support civil engineering design and drafting activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with permitting-related activities and permit processes as needed.
• Review drawings and design documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, project managers, and other team members to support project deliverables.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering design.
• Working proficiency with Civil 3D is required.
• Exposure to permitting and permit processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
