We are a team of passionate individuals dedicated to delivering exceptional food, service, and experiences. Our mission is to create a welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy delicious meals while our team thrives in a collaborative and growth-focused environment. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager to join our leadership team.
General Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Great base salary
- 50 hour work week with 2 days off
- Monthly bonus of up to 1K
- 401K with up to 3% match

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 3 years experience in being a general manager in full service restaurant with alcohol
- Operational management of the restaurant including staffing, training, customer service, inventory
- Compliance of all state and local regulations for the restaurant
- Financial management with responsibility for budgeting, managing costs, and achieving revenue goals. Analyze P&L statements, implement cost-control measures, and ensure profitability.

- Great at problem solving
- Flexibility and ability to remain calm in high pressure situations
