Associate Brand Manager, Snyder's of Hanover

Responsibilities Collaborate closely with sales, integrated marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and ensure successful brand development and activation. Work closely with the innovation team to create a pipeline of new products and platforms that align with the brand’s strategic direction. Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, communicate project status, issues and opportunities to the broader organization, and collaborate with the brand operations team to inform monthly integrated business planning. Partner with Demand Planning and Sales to deliver monthly consumption and demand forecasts. Become an expert on the brand and its competitors, continuously monitoring the market landscape and identifying trends and opportunities to guide plans. Gather and synthesize data from multiple sources to make informed decisions and recommendations for brand strategy and marketing initiatives. Drive execution for the brand’s growth plans over a 1–3-year period, ensuring a sufficient pipeline of products and initiatives. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and retail support plans that align with our long‑term business goals, keeping an eye on consumer, industry, and customer trends and insights. Oversee multiple marketing projects concurrently, ensuring projects adhere to aggressive timelines while balancing longer‑term requirements. Inspire and influence cross‑functional teams, foster collaboration, and ensure a cohesive approach to marketing initiatives. Track key performance indicators, analyze data, and draw actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies, proactively recommending and implementing adjustments to maximize success. Must Have Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; 4 years of proven experience in CPG brand management. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to inform, influence, and collaborate with cross‑functional internal stakeholders and external agencies. Strong creative thinking with a demonstrated ability to build activations across creative, digital, social, public relations, and media agency partners. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks within tight timeframes and deadlines in a dynamic, ever‑changing working environment. Excellent analytical skills and business/financial acumen. Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding strategic business goals. Forward‑thinking and results‑driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications MBA. Additional proven experience in CPG brand management beyond the minimum requirement. Compensation The target base salary range for this full‑time, salaried position is between $97,800 and $134,500. Total compensation may include additional forms of incentive pay and benefits. Benefits, including medical, dental, 401(k), and wellness programs, begin on the first day of employment.
