Position Summary Weekend Start‑of‑Care (SOC) Admissions RN – Home Health (PRN / PPV) Puget Sound Home Health and Hospice – Medicare 5‑Star Agency Puget Sound Home Health and Hospice is committed to exceptional care, ethical practice, and our Core Values of CAPLICO. We are seeking a Weekend SOC Admissions RN to support our growing Home Health team in Pierce and King County!
