Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Presence of Mind Counseling Clinic, you will:

• Provide therapeutic interventions aimed at addressing complex family dynamics, including issues related to alcohol and substance abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, job-related stress, and significant life transitions such as separation and divorce.

• Facilitate communication workshops for families encountering barriers in communication, helping them to express needs and feelings in productive ways.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to ensure effective treatment that enhances emotional resilience and relationship skills.

• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and client progress in compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.
