MillwrightPosition: Millwright Location: Gila Bend, AZ Salary: Competitive hourly rate with additional production bonusesAbout Us: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Millwright to join our team in Gila Bend, AZ. Our company values safety, quality, and efficiency in maintaining our industrial systems.Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in the facility.Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure proper operation.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide effective solutions.Align and adjust machinery parts as needed.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.Work with other maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used.Participate in shift rotations and be available for emergency repairs.Work rotating shifts: 4 days on, 4 days off, then 4 nights on, rotating shifts.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a millwright in an industrial setting.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery installation, and maintenance.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.Benefits:Competitive hourly rate with additional production bonuses (not guaranteed).Guaranteed bonus during construction phase.$10k moving stipend for eligible candidates.Comprehensive health and dental insurance.Retirement savings plan.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development opportunities.
