Production Worker – Packaging & Manufacturing

Premier Staffing Unlimited is currently hiring Production Workers for a manufacturing facility.

This position will primarily be responsible for packing finished bags into boxes and hand-stacking boxes while packaging equipment becomes fully operational. Team members may also assist with operating production and packaging equipment, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting the overall manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

Pack finished bags into boxes according to production requirements
Hand-stack boxes and finished product
Assist with operating production and packaging machinery
Monitor equipment and product for basic quality or production issues
Keep work areas, machinery, and equipment clean and organized
Complete assigned production tasks in a timely manner
Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
Perform other production-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift, stack, and handle boxes throughout the shift
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Willingness to learn production and packaging equipment
Strong attention to safety and quality
