Sales Associate

• Process sales orders, prepare commercial invoices, and verify product pricing accuracy for corporate accounts.

• Respond to client inquiries regarding product availability, shipment schedules, and promotional pricing in a timely manner.

• Assist senior sales representatives with market research.

• Maintain and update customer contact records, purchase history, and sales pipelines in the internal CRM database.

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance summaries for review by the sales manager.

• Collaborate with the bilingual customer support team to resolve order discrepancies and minor client issues efficiently.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative role within a corporate environment.

• Business-level Japanese language proficiency for effective internal communication.

• Professional English communication skills for professional email writing and phone correspondence with domestic clients.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas) and Word.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and a willingness to learn sales processes.

• Ability to prioritize daily tasks effectively in a supportive, team-oriented work environment.
