Salary: $107,744 - 143,750 per year Requirements:
- We need 10+ years of overall IT experience in software development and application delivery.
- We need at least 5+ years of hands-on experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
- We require practical expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online.
- We need strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Power Platform plugins, PCF controls, and custom APIs.
- Experience with React, Node.js, or other JavaScript frameworks is an advantage.
- We are looking for excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is required.
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400) certification is required; PL-600 is preferred.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- We design, develop, and maintain applications on Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- We build Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages solutions.
- We integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, and other enterprise systems.
- We create custom components, plugins, PCF controls, and APIs using C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform tooling.
- We implement role-based security and apply Power Platform security best practices.
- We lead a team of 4-6 developers and coach junior team members.
- We define coding standards, deployment workflows, and ALM practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
- We collaborate with business analysts, architects, testers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- We take part in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- We present technical solutions and project progress to both technical and business audiences.
