Position Details Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Anoka Coon Rapids, MN Job Id: 29591 # of Openings: 1 Compensation and Bonus Structure Total Compensation Package: $84,500 to $119,000 annually, plus performance, mentorship and long‑term ownership bonuses. Bonus Structure: Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped, based on impact. Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: Earn for supervising RBTs pursuing a Master’s in ABA. Certification Bonuses: Reward for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.
