Position Summary

Our practice is seeking a  full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient primary care practice in  Holiday, Florida . This position offers a competitive base salary of $270,000–$300,000and the opportunity to practice in a  value-based primary care model focused on quality, prevention, chronic disease management, and long-term patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate is passionate about primary care, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and building long-term relationships with patients. • Base salary range of $270,000–$300,000

Candidate Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• New graduates welcome
• Active or eligible Florida medical license
• Comfortable practicing in an outpatient primary care setting

• Strong focus on quality, access, patient satisfaction, and chronic disease management
