Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring Commercial Metal Stud Framing Carpenter in Kaukauna, WI. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Metal Stud Framing Carpenter for a contract assignment in Kaukauna, WI. The ideal candidate brings proven expertise in laying out, cutting, assembling, and installing metal-stud wall systems on commercial construction projects, and can work accurately from construction drawings and field measurements. This role requires a self-directed professional who operates safely with standard framing tools and equipment, maintains a clean work area, and consistently delivers framing that is level, plumb, and ready for the next trade. Job Type: Contract Pay: $25 to $38 Per Hour BOE Responsibilities: Lay out, measure, cut, assemble, and install metal-stud wall systems in accordance with construction drawings and specifications Frame walls, partitions, door and window openings, backing, and related assemblies Read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, and field measurements to complete work accurately Operate drills, screw guns, saws, lifts, ladders, and other construction tools in a safe and proficient manner Verify that all framing is level, plumb, square, and properly spaced prior to handoff to the next trade Follow daily direction from the site superintendent and adjust priorities as project needs require Maintain a clean, organized work area throughout the duration of each shift Comply with all jobsite safety requirements and applicable OSHA standards Qualifications: Proven experience in commercial metal stud framing, including wall systems, partitions, and door and window openings Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and field measurements accurately Proficiency with framing tools including drills, screw guns, saws, lifts, and ladders Ability to verify framing for level, plumb, square, and proper spacing Demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety and compliance with all applicable OSHA regulations Ability to work Monday through Friday and report reliably to the job site each day Ability to work independently and follow direction from site supervision Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, stretch, twist, and use hands for prolonged periods of time Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Must be able to climb ladders and work at heights Must be able to work in tight or restricted areas as required by the project Must have manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination for precision framing tasks Exposure to dust and other airborne particles common to construction environments Must be able to work in varying temperature conditions typical of commercial construction sites Must be aware of and comply with OSHA safety standards Pay Transparency: The anticipated pay range for this position is $25 to $38 per hour, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
