Job Title: Telemarketer/Outbound Cold Caller Work Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Schedule/Timezone: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Overview Are you an experienced cold caller with a strong phone presence looking for a remote appointment setting role? We are partnering with a specialized insurance provider seeking an Outbound Cold Caller to engage legal professionals. In this full-time remote role, you will use provided databases and scripts to introduce insurance solutions through a consultative, low-pressure approach. Your main goal is to build rapport, handle objections, and secure appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls to attorneys using provided contact databases and proven scripts. Secure brief appointments for the sales team using a professional and conversational tone. Handle prospect objections naturally while keeping conversations flowing smoothly. Update the internal database accurately following every prospect interaction. Send calendar invitations and thank-you gifts to attorneys who schedule meetings. Assist with rescheduling appointments and participate in regular coaching and role-play sessions. Must-Have Requirements Minimum three to five years of experience in telemarketing or outbound cold calling. Location in Latin America with excellent spoken English and a strong phone presence. Ability to deliver scripts naturally without sounding robotic or over-rehearsed. High level of coachability and willingness to adapt to established calling systems. Quick thinking and strong communication skills to engage legal professionals effectively. Nice-to-Have Requirements Ability to use disarming humor to connect with prospects and increase booking success. Prior experience marketing financial or professional services to legal professionals.
