CertaPro Painters is a leader in the residential and commercial painting industry. We are a national organization of professional painting contractors specializing in beautifying homes and buildings; interiors, exteriors, commercial buildings, offices, and condominiums. Overview:
To create customers for life through the delivery of the CertaPro Brand experience in a manner that ensures a quality job completed on budget, while leading an elite team of painters.
Responsibilities:
- Overall management of interior and exterior painting projects
- Delivery of an extraordinary experience to our customers and painting staff
- Lead a crew of painters
- Ensure that the entire painting crew is properly attired, and the CertaPro Brand is represented on the jobsite as required
- Ensure the painting crew acts in a professional manner
- Communicate with the customer, office and others in the business as required and in a timely manner
- Ensure the Certainty Service System is being utilized throughout the production process.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a leadership role of a painting crew is a must
- Experience planning of a painting project to ensure customer satisfaction and a job completed on budget
- Experience coaching a crew
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of how to address issues with customers, staff, vendors and supervisor
- Ability to independently solve problems
- Great time management skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of painting experience verifiable through references
- Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipment necessary
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Quality conscious and detail-oriented
- Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to perform all aspects of this job (repetitive movements, standing, lifting, climbing, working at heights of greater than 10 feet, etc.)
