As a trusted partner in delivering fruit, vegetable, herb, and grain-based ingredient solutions to companies around the globe, we’re striving to build a values-aligned workforce that embodies humility, integrity, passion, and excellence.**What You’ll Do*** Oversee all facility operations to ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and on schedule.* Manage operations to maximize capacity, reduce downtime, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.* Serve as the primary safety contact for the shift by identifying hazards, addressing incidents, and escalating concerns as needed.* Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Inventory teams to ensure sanitation, food safety, and operational efficiency.* Monitor HACCP and GMP compliance, ensure accurate documentation, and support shipping and receiving activities including BOLs and inspections.* Lead, coach, and develop shift employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.**What You’ll Bring*** One to two years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.* High school diploma or GED required, with a four-year degree preferred.* Manufacturing experience required, with food manufacturing experience a plus.* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.**What You Can Look Forward To*** Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.* Paid holidays and vacation.* Tuition assistance and 401(k) with company match.* A leadership role overseeing full facility operations on the night shift.* Opportunities to drive safety, quality, and operational excellence in a growing manufacturing environment.**Physical & Work Environment Requirements*** Regular standing, walking, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.* Ability to push or pull equipment and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.* Required use of personal protective equipment including respirators, hearing protection, eye protection, and head protection.* Exposure to wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and cold environments, including refrigerated areas.* The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.**Disclaimer*****The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
