Your contribution to our shared success as a Sales Representative Wundmanagement/NPWT in the Zurich region offers the opportunity to use your knowledge strategically to drive our common success. Your responsibilities include:

• Consulting and supporting hospitals and clinics for the area of wound management and negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT)
• Expanding the network and independently acquiring new customers and projects
• Planning customer visits with appropriate documentation in the CRM
• Creating offers according to company guidelines
• Ongoing market and competition observation
• Organizing and conducting training for medical professionals
• Participating in conferences in close cooperation with the marketing department
• Developing and implementing therapy concepts within the framework of evidence-based medicine (EbM)
• Monitoring and adhering to contractual conditions
• Active and targeted communication with all relevant internal and external interfaces

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which necessitates a valid driver's license for the candidate.

Your competencies

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

• Completed commercial and/or medical education
• Sales experience in medical products
• Proven success in sales and customer service
• Strong negotiation skills and closing ability
• Independent and self-reliant work
• Team skills, commitment, and assertiveness
• High willingness to travel and learn (Class B driver's license)
• Fluent German and good English skills in speech and writing

These additional skills are advantageous:

• Further education in nursing or wound care (certified nursing professional/wound expert)
• Professional use of MS Office

Location:

• Remote

Travel: Can include up to 80% domestic travel
