Your Role As a Carbon Health Primary Care Physician, you’ll provide compassionate, patient-centered care while being part of a high-performing, collaborative team. What You’ll Do Conduct patient-focused history and physical exams Provide basic women’s health services, including Pap smears Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans Care for adult patients (no pediatrics) Interpret x-rays, labs, and EKGs Manage patient flow efficiently with Central Support assistance Provide leadership for your team of MAs and support staff Supervise assigned PAs/NPs Manage a patient panel with an emphasis on quality outcomes About You Board-certified (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and unrestricted DEA licens e Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state Committed to patient-centered, relationship-driven care Comfortable providing basic women’s health services Passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and technology-driven care Skilled at fostering a positive, respectful team environment BLS certification is required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon Health Why You’ll Love Working Here 2-3 Day Work Week – More time for you and your family Potential Quarterly Quality Incentive Bonus in addition to a guaranteed base salary 401(k) with 2% Employer Match CME Allowance - Provided for full-time clinicians to support ongoing professional development Growth Opportunities – Leadership training, procedure labs, CME, and career pathways Vibrant Culture – A nationwide network of clinicians who share knowledge and support each other Cutting-Edge Technology – AI-powered EHR designed to make your work easier and more efficient Opportunities to Participate in Clinical Research - depending on site capabilities and supported by Carbon Health’s integrated research model enabling end-to-end clinical trials across select clinic locations Full Time Salary: 20 hours/week: $140,400-$196,080 30 hours/week: $210,600-$294,120 Carbon Health offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and eligibility for additional incentive bonuses tied to wRVUs and quality performance metrics. Final offer amounts are determined based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, work history, and geographic location.
