Follow up with clients to confirm itineraries and satisfaction. Resolve customer concerns with empathy and effective problem-solving. Maintain accurate client and booking records. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer service experience required; travel or hospitality experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with technology and learning booking systems and CRM tools. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
