This position’s primary job duties are to oversee the safe and efficient operation of the restaurant and banquets where applicable (may include Lounge, Room Service, Banquets). • Knowledge and ability to perform all aspects of restaurant and banquet service
• High aptitude in working with numbers and able to efficiently use a calculator
