Assistant Construction Manager

Assistant Construction Manager / Superintendent Toll Brothers, America's leading builder of luxury homes, seeks an experienced Assistant Construction Manager / Superintendent for one of our new home communities in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position is on-site five days per week. The Assistant Construction Manager is responsible for inspecting jobs in process and at completion to ensure that standards of workmanship and safety are maintained. The role also ensures that all homes constructed meet safety, quality, and legal requirements. Primary Responsibilities Inspecting jobs in process and at completion Scheduling and oversight of subcontractors and laborers Obtaining all permits and ordering required building materials Scheduling required building inspections Pre‑settlement inspections All other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of related experience (including scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of residential construction) and a thorough knowledge of all trades. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Knowledge of BuildPro (preferred). Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Additional Requirements Must manage projects, plan and prioritize, meet cost, time, and quality goals, use appropriate grammar and organization, manage individuals and groups, provide effective feedback, and participate in compensation negotiations and disciplinary procedures.
