Systems Analyst II

Systems Analyst IILeverage cyber security monitoring systems to hunt, detect, and respond to cybersecurity threats, risks, and attacks. Participate in incident response processes by taking actions based on work instructions and standard operating procedures to remove threats, block attacks, and enhance cyber security protections. Assist with small security projects to extend security protections and reduce risk. Configure or make recommendations for improving security detection and response capabilities across various security technologies like Firewalls, IPS, EDR, and Antivirus. Create basic Python scripts to automate detection and incident response processes. Participate in Red and Blue team testing exercises to develop and improve response processes. Maintain a current understanding of the cyber threat landscape. Must be able to work on location at Bridgewater facility.SIEM, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Capability to assess security logs and events (Firewalls, Antivirus, Proxy, EDR, etc.) Cyber Security expertise, Python Programming, Ethical Hacking, Cyber Security Incident Response and forensic methodologies. Strong analytical skills. Ability to work well with others. Strong communication skills a must. Multilingual is a plus
