Car Wash AttendantAs a Car Wash Attendant at Don Thornton Volkswagen of Tulsa, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to meet our high standards. This is a full-time, hourly position with the opportunity for career growth within our organization. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $16 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, retirement savings options, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.Responsibilities:Greet customers and assist them with their specific car wash needsThoroughly clean and vacuum the interior of vehiclesWash and wax the exterior of vehicles, including tires and windowsUse specialized equipment and cleaning products to achieve quality resultsInspect vehicles for any damages and report any issues to managementKeep track of inventory and notify management when products need to be restockedProvide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaintsMaintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environmentFollow all safety regulations and company policiesRequirements:Previous customer service experience preferredExperience with car detailing and/or car wash equipment is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasksMust have a valid driver's license with a good driving record without a speeding ticket 20 MPH or overStrong attention to detail and time management skillsAble to work independently and as part of a teamMust be able to work in various weather conditionsMust be willing to work weekends and holidays if neededMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds and move freely in and out of vehiclesDon Thornton Volkswagen of Tulsa is an equal opportunity employer.
