salary: $30.61 - 42.86 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:
- Research, test, and evaluate product design and functionality to establish rigorous quality standards using engineering drawings, schematics, and CAD tools.
- Devise sampling procedures and create standardized forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting critical quality and reliability data.
- Establish evaluation programs for the precision and accuracy of production equipment and direct workers engaged in measuring products and tabulating quality data.
- Apply automotive PPAP, AIAG core tools, and IATF knowledge to troubleshoot quality issues, execute root-cause analysis, and enforce product integrity.
- Develop quality control training materials, conduct instructional sessions, and provide guidance and constructive feedback to support team development.
