SIGN ON BONUS!!! Up to $5000 We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position is ideal for nurses who value flexibility and want to make a direct impact by providing high-quality, short-term care for patients while giving their primary caregivers much-needed relief. As an RN, you’ll deliver personalized, hands‑on nursing care in a supportive home‑based environment—helping patients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for during transitional periods. What You’ll Do Direct Patient Care Provide high-quality nursing care, including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and wound care. Observe, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition. Assessment & Care Planning Conduct comprehensive patient assessments. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Documentation Accurately document all care provided, assessments, and changes in condition using electronic health records (EHR). Collaboration Work closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. Family & Caregiver Support Educate and support patients and families, answering questions and offering guidance on care practices. Emergency Response Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies or sudden changes in patient condition. Compliance & Safety Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including infection control and safety protocols. Flexibility Adapt to varying schedules and assignments based on patient needs.
