Class A Owner - Operator OTR Driver

Owner Operator – DSL Express We are seeking experienced owner operators to drive for our family‑owned freight company. The role offers high gross percentages, flexible home time, and comprehensive support. Compensation & Benefits Gross pay: $5,000 – $8,000+ per week (average). Line haul split 82%/18% (opportunity to take 88% split with $250 weekly deduction). Liability and cargo insurance covered. Trailer tags and rentals covered. Fuel cards with 30‑cent discount on cash price. Weekly direct deposit. Bonus opportunities: Owner‑Operator of the Month, DOT inspection bonuses. Free mechanic shop access at Chicago depot. Access to 150,000‑sq‑ft warehouse for load transfers. Optional bobtail insurance and hazard/occupational insurance. Job Requirements Valid Class A CDL with no pending suspensions. Minimum 2 years CDL experience. Clean MVR and reasonable PSP report. Reliable tractor; trailers available for rent. Must be at least 23 years old. Must be able to work with modern ELD systems. Must pass a drug test. Must have a valid medical card issued. Minimum of 2 years driving experience. Stable work history and good references. No more than 3 moving violations or accidents in the last 3 years. No DWI/DUI or BAC violations in the last 4 years. No license suspension for points or unpaid tickets in the last 3 years. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 1 year. Driver Requirements Must be healthy, willing, and able to perform driving duties. Must have no more than three moving violations or accidents in the last 3 years. Must not have failed or refused drug or alcohol tests in the last 4 years. Must not have DWI, DUI, or BAC violations in the last 4 years. Must not have reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years. Must not have license suspension for points or unpaid tickets in the last 3 years. Gross Earnings Potential Solo owners typically earn $260,000 – $364,000 per year gross. Earnings vary with mileage, market demand, and performance.
