What We're Looking For To thrive as a Mortgage Lender at Mercantile Bank, several key skills and qualifications are essential. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or four years of sales experience, particularly in banking or lending Two years of experience in the mortgage lending industry, demonstrating a strong track record of mortgage sales with a monthly volume of 4-5 closed units totaling around $750,000 Registered and licensed in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) #J-18808-Ljbffr Mercantile Bank of Michigan
