Location: Charlotte, NC or Charleston, SC (Onsite)

Compensation: $45,000 Base Salary + Commission

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $65,000–$80,000

As a Business Development Executive , you'll play a key role in helping small and midsize trucking fleets improve their operations through our Fuel Card program and complementary business solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and strategic outreach.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to maximize retention and account growth.
• Manage a full sales pipeline from initial outreach through onboarding and account activation.
• Guide customers through the credit application process and recommend solutions that fit their business needs.
• Review customer performance and account data to identify upsell and growth opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while serving as a trusted advisor to your client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business opportunities.
• Organized with strong time management and pipeline management skills.
