We are looking for a polished, caring, organized, and highly dependable Front Desk & Client Experience Coordinator to become the voice and face of our firm. This is a highly visible client experience and hospitality role where you will support front desk service, phone calls, scheduling, meeting preparation, office presentation, client appreciation, event support, CRM updates, and thoughtful relationship touches that make clients and prospective clients feel welcomed, remembered, and cared for. This is not a remote role, a sales position, or a back-office bookkeeping, accounting, HR, or data-entry-focused position. While administrative accuracy is important, the primary focus is client experience, hospitality, professional communication, phones, scheduling, and front-office excellence .
