We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Durham, NC branch. What You'll Do Operational & Safety Leadership Oversee all aspects of branch operations including field services, fleet maintenance, and facility management. Champion a safety-first culture , ensuring strict adherence to DOT, DEP, and company safety policies and procedures. Develop, implement, and monitor operational efficiencies to maximize productivity and profitability. Build, mentor, and manage a skilled team while promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Financial Management Manage branch P&L, budgets, and operational plans to meet revenue and profit targets. Track operational costs, monitor labor hours, and manage capital expenditures to maintain profitability. Collaborate with regional leadership on financial performance and strategic initiatives. Customer Service & Growth Ensure exceptional service delivery to meet and exceed customer expectations. Partner with the sales team to support new business opportunities and service expansions. Analyze operational challenges, identify solutions, and implement process improvements to support growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience. 5+ years of operations management experience in an industrial services, environmental, or related branch-based business; including P&L management with a successful track record of driving profitability. Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, collaborative approach. Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance, particularly in a DOT-regulated environment . Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.). Familiarity with PowerBI and or Salesforce a plus. Ability to travel up to 20% as needed. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $115,000 - $140,000 at the time of posting.
