Experience-Based Pay: $15.00 - $17.00/hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday

YOUR DAY AS OUR CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

You'll be the friendly face and warm presence who greets clients when they call or visit the hospital and assists them with whatever they need. Some clients may be dealing with emotionally difficult situations, and you'll make sure to provide a respectful, compassionate approach. Attentive to detail, you'll schedule veterinary appointments, check clients in and out, update medical records, and process cash or card payments.

You'll communicate with clients, technicians, and doctors throughout the day to help maintain efficient workflows and uphold high standards of care. When you're not assisting clients, you'll help complete daily administrative tasks that keep the animal hospital organized and running smoothly!

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Our ideal Client Service Representative has some veterinary experience, but it's not required for candidates with the right attitude and work ethic! This entry-level position requires:

• Fantastic communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn veterinary software
• Positive, professional, and team-first attitude
• Ability to multitask effectively and stay organized
• Dependable, compassionate personality
