Salary Range $65,000 - $81,000* Responsibilities Partner with the manager to implement comprehensive e‑commerce category strategies aligned with overall business objectives and online sales targets. Collaborate with merchandising and buying teams to influence product assortment and productivity, ensuring merchandising aligns with best practices and is executed in a timely manner to provide an intuitive and engaging shopping experience (e.g., navigation, product array, search results, features items, linking strategy). Work with Digital Experience teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize site experience. Maintain effective product categorization, filtering, and navigation to enhance user experience. Implement changes in partnership with ISU and ensure product information accuracy and consistency across all online touchpoints. Track, analyze, and report on key category and brand performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, average order value, traffic, bounce rates). Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies as needed. Align online and offline strategies with buying/merchandising teams to ensure optimal product availability. Collaborate with digital experience teams to implement website enhancements and resolve technical issues. Field ad hoc requests, present findings, and proactively deliver recommendations that inform strategy, synthesizing large data sets into digestible takeaways that drive action. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in category management, preferably within an e‑commerce environment. Experience in retail buying, merchandising, or digital marketing is also valuable. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E‑commerce, or a related field. Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms, functionalities, and best practices. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Preferred Qualifications Experience with content management systems (CMS) and product information management (PIM) systems. Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
