Job Description Technical Recruiter I & II – Insight Global is seeking a recruiter to support a cutting‑edge aerospace and engineering organization. This high‑impact role will own a full lifecycle recruiting desk, partnering closely with hiring managers to bring in mission‑critical technical talent. The position requires working in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment that demands urgency, grit, and a strong sense of ownership. Must‑Haves Bachelor's degree + 1 year recruiting experience; OR associate degree + 2 years recruiting experience; OR 3+ years of professional recruiting experience. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to operate independently while collaborating cross‑functionally. High level of organization, urgency, and attention to detail. Plus 2+ years of technical recruiting experience. Experience hiring for engineering roles (electrical, mechanical, aerospace, etc.). Agency or in‑house recruiting background. High‑volume recruiting experience. Full lifecycle recruiting (sourcing to offer closing). Experience sourcing skilled labor and technical candidates. Strong data tracking and recruiting metrics experience. Creative sourcing strategies (cold outreach, campaigns, events). Ability to interface with senior leadership (Director/VP level). Strong judgment in identifying top‑tier talent. Day‑to‑Day Own full lifecycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management). Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy and candidate alignment. Proactively source passive candidates using creative methods. Screen inbound applicants for technical and business fit. Present qualified candidates and drive decision‑making. Coordinate onsite interviews and ensure strong candidate experience. Participate in interviews and provide structured feedback. Manage the offer process, including compensation discussions and closing. Track pipeline activity, recruiting metrics, and hiring progress.
