Demand Planning Analyst

Detail-oriented and collaborative, the full-time Demand Planning Analyst will maintain demand forecasts, analyze sales data, and support inventory planning in a remote environment, working closely with Supply Chain, Performance Marketing, and Finance teams. Key responsibilities Maintain weekly and monthly demand forecasts across retail channels Analyze sell-in, sell-through, inventory, and retailer POS data to support accurate forecasting Monitor retailer purchase orders and inventory levels, identifying risks and opportunities Required qualifications 1-2 years of experience in Demand Forecasting, Inventory Planning, or Retail Sales Analysis Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP Strong data analysis skills with experience in building forecasting models Exceptional project management and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
