Senior Clinician

Job Details Location: Lynn, MA 01901 Position: Full Time Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000 What You’ll Do Provide clinical oversight and supervision to licensed clinicians within the substance use disorder program Review and sign counselor assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation to ensure quality and regulatory compliance Support the development of individualized recovery and treatment plans based on patient needs and program standards Review discharge planning to ensure appropriate after‑care services and referral resources are in place Provide case consultation, mentoring, and feedback to clinical counselors Collaborate with medical staff, recovery specialists, and operational teams to support coordinated patient care Maintain high standards of clinical integrity, documentation accuracy, and evidence‑based treatment practices Assist in staff training and development to strengthen clinical competencies Support the Senior Director of Behavioral Health in maintaining regulatory, operational, and clinical standards Participate in team meetings, interdisciplinary collaboration, and quality improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in clinical psychology, counseling, social work, mental health, addictions counseling, or related field Independent clinical licensure (examples may include LADC I, LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC, depending on state requirements) Minimum 2 years of supervised substance use disorder counseling experience At least 1 year of clinical supervisory experience Strong knowledge of evidence‑based treatment approaches for substance use disorders Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team Why Join Us Monday–Friday schedule – no nights or major holidays Sign‑On Bonus!
