Licensed Practical NurseJoin BrightStar Care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), where you'll deliver compassionate home health care directly to clients in their homes. Be part of a supportive, high-performing team committed to enhancing the lives of individuals and their families across the region.Responsibilities:Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providersMonitor and document patient vital signs and overall health statusAssist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparationEducate patients and families on managing health conditions and care plansCoordinate with RNs, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionalsMaintain accurate and timely documentation using EHR systemsProvide emotional support and companionshipFollow all safety and health regulations in home care settingsRequirements:Active and valid LPN license in MassachusettsMinimum 1 year of experience in home health or related healthcare settingCurrent BLS certificationReliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homesProficiency in electronic health records (EHR)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsCompassion and commitment to quality patient careCompensation & Perks:Competitive hourly pay: $35–$45/hourPerformance-based bonusesEmployee referral bonusesMileage reimbursementFlexible schedulingSupportive leadership and career growth opportunitiesAbout BrightStar Care:BrightStar Care is a trusted provider of in-home health services, known for clinical excellence and strong support for staff.
