Description

American Traveler is hiring a Neuro ICU/SICU RN for a night shift travel assignment requiring 2 years of ICU experience and Epic EMR proficiency.

Details

• Work in the Surgical and Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active NY RN license required at time of consideration
• BLS certification from AHA or RQI required
• 2 years of recent ICU/SICU experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Flu vaccination required, with only medical exemptions accepted (personal or religious declinations not accepted)

Additional Information

• Complete competency testing for ICU units, with up to 2 attempts to pass
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility in Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, or Washington counties are not eligible for this position
• No blocked scheduling permitted
• More than 3 call-outs within a 13-week period may result in contract termination, with any required make-up shifts completed within 6 weeks of the last call-out
