We invite you to join us as we strive to be the most trusted partner for health. Responsibilities Assume responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process. Execute assessments and re‑assessments; develop and implement plans of care; evaluate interventions. Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non‑licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned. Provide guidance and mentorship to non‑licensed personnel and students, as appropriate. May be required to float to other units and participate in on‑call status. Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals and other relevant policies. Handle physical restraint of patients using the identified Behavior Management Technique System (for mental health staff). Address physical demands, respiratory fit test requirements, exposure to infections, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals, and follow standard precautions. Qualifications Required Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from an NLC member state. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire (CPR required in lieu of BLS for hospice only). Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill. Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation (specific requirements noted for hospice and mental health).
