The Midlevel Provider will operate primarily in a clinic setting, managing a moderate patient caseload of 10-20 patients per day. This role involves assessing patients, developing treatment plans, managing medications, and providing follow-up care with a focus on independent and collaborative medical decision-making. The provider will work as an individual contributor without supervisory responsibilities, collaborating closely with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and diagnose health conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Manage medication prescriptions and adjustments
• Provide patient education on health management and preventive care
• Coordinate care across interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation
• Perform follow-up care and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare provision
• State Medical License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Clinical assessment and patient care experience
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology
• Effective communication skills
• Teamwork and problem-solving abilities
