Registered Professional Land Surveyor
Our client is hiring a licensed Registered Professional Land Surveyor to support survey, mapping, and civil engineering projects for public and private clients.
This role will work closely with field crews, technicians, and engineers to produce accurate survey documents, review boundary information, and support projects from field data through final deliverables.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, improvement, and construction surveys
- Support subdivision plats, easements, right-of-way work, condominium surveys, GPS control, and construction staking
- Review deeds, plats, and easements for boundary analysis
- Use Civil 3D, GPS equipment, robotic total stations, and other survey tools
- Coordinate with survey crews, technicians, engineers, and project teams
- Provide guidance to junior staff when needed
- Maintain accuracy, clear documentation, and strong communication throughout each project
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed RPLS, LSLS, or Professional Land Surveyor
- Texas survey experience preferred
- Strong understanding of surveying principles, boundary analysis, and mapping standards
- Civil 3D proficiency
- Ability to solve complex survey problems and communicate clearly
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
