Navigating a rapidly evolving landscape, the successful candidate resolves operational gaps by synthesizing qualitative feedback and quantitative data analytics, including call recordings and performance trends. Strategic roadmaps and prioritized project backlogs must be continuously aligned to ensure AI implementations drive clear return on investment while safeguarding the customer and agent experience.
