Job Description:

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join a leading production facility as a Rewind Inspector . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing quality products, and wants to learn new technical skills in a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate rewind inspection equipment according to production orders
• Convert finished printed materials into customer-ready products
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and defects
• Adjust machine settings to meet customer specifications
• Complete machine changeovers efficiently to minimize downtime
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and report maintenance needs
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Assist with additional production duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 year previous manufacturing experience required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequently bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive hand movements
• Lift and move up to 75 pounds, with or without assistance
• Maintain visual focus for detailed product inspections

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
