About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Advancement and External Affairs Officer (CAEAO) to lead a comprehensive strategy that ensures the organization's long-term sustainability and community impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for unifying philanthropy, marketing, communications, board engagement, government relations, and strategic partnerships. This executive will work closely with the CEO and the Board to set and achieve clear revenue targets, foster a culture of philanthropy, and elevate the organization's regional profile. The role requires a transformational leader with a minimum of ten years' experience in advancement, a proven track record in major capital campaigns, and the ability to manage and lead legislative advocacy. The CAEAO will also be instrumental in strengthening the organization's brand and positioning it as a leader in senior healthcare and aging services.
