Bilingual Spanish needed.
This position is onsite at 6514 Meadowridge Road, Elkridge, MD.

As a Customer Service Representative , you will be responsible for assisting individuals and families gain access to vital services through the Maryland Department of Human Services.
Qualifications for the position include:
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn.
Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or call center environment required.
High School Diploma, Associates degree in related field preferred.
Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred.
Available shifts between 8am to 6pm, Monday through Friday.
