We are expanding and seeking a Dealer Account Manager to grow our dealer network and drive financing for vehicles. As a Dealer Account Manager, you will provide world‑class customer service and training to dealer partners, identify new business opportunities, and manage all sales activities and account development within your assigned territory. This full‑time position offers a highly incentivized performance‑based compensation package, with the potential to earn beyond six figures. What is it like being part of the Westlake Team? You join a well‑established auto finance company that values purpose and passion. What will you do as our Dealer Account Manager? Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate company products and services to all levels of management within independent and franchise dealerships. Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts. Follow up on new leads and referrals from field activity. Develop, maintain, and grow dealer partners within the independent and franchise dealer communities. Maintain constant communication via phone and in‑person visits to train on current programs and quick‑funding requirements. Provide solutions, rehash and restructure vehicle loans to secure profitable approvals for Westlake and dealership partners. Assist with the preparation of sales contracts by educating dealers on verification requirements. Develop, maintain, and understand sales materials and keep up to date on current financial product knowledge. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events for dealers. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in automotive, finance, and sales (required). 1‑2 years of previous sales experience with a proven track record of success. College degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. Proficient computer skills and adaptability to new technology. Goal‑oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement. Ability to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams. Experience with DealerTrack, RouteOne, or CUDL beneficial. Previous outside sales experience preferred. Significant local travel required; valid state driver’s license needed. Pay Plan Target first‑year income: $60,000.00 – $130,000.00. First‑year guaranteed minimum income starting at $5,000 monthly + performance‑based commissions; thereafter, monthly base of $1,000 plus commissions. Average rep earnings after 1 year: $160,000.00. Top 25% reps average earnings: $245,000.00. Top 50% reps average earnings: $305,000.00. Monthly vehicle mileage reimbursement program average: $450.00. No limit on commissions.
