We are seeking a motivated professional to guide prospective students through the admissions process and help them launch a stable career in trucking. Responsibilities Manage the full admissions cycle, from initial contact to successful enrollment. Act as an advisor, providing factual information about programs and the trucking industry to help prospects make informed decisions. Collaborate with finance, placement, and training teams to create a seamless journey for each student. Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and application materials using our CRM system (Salesforce). Meet a goal of four or more new enrollees per week. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, recruiting, or admissions. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. Ability to work on‑site in an office and school environment. College degree preferred; at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to obtain and maintain the required state licensure. Basic computer proficiency; experience with Salesforce or another CRM preferred.
