Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive and continuous health care for patients of all ages, from children to seniors.
• Manage chronic diseases, provide preventive care, address acute health issues, and tackle mental health matters with an empathetic focus.
• Perform physical examinations, analyze diagnostic tests, and create tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for diligent and updated patient notes.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or actively possess) a valid Oregon medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
