Our client is a fast-growing, data-driven technology company building a brand-new support function from the ground up, and they need someone who can architect it end to end, not just optimize what already exists. You'll take on two connected challenges: bringing order and accountability to a fragmented support model, and standing up an entirely new support function for a major product launching later this year. The role sits at the intersection of process design, team building, and hands-on execution, with direct visibility to senior leadership across the business. AI is already central to how this team operates, and you'll be expected to use it, not just talk about it.

• Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
• Location: Remote, East Coast
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay a base of about $150k-170k
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You’ll Do:

• Design and own the operating model for a brand-new support function, including workflows, tooling, and how knowledge gets captured and shared
• Build and lead a small, senior team while staying hands-on as the function takes shape
• Partner directly with leaders across Product, Engineering, Data, Customer Success, and Commercial teams to define how support should work end to end
• Use AI to dig into ticket and product data, spot patterns, and turn what you find into decisions, not just reports
• Help stand up support for a major new product launching later this year, while keeping today's support running

What Gets You the Job: 

• Experience building a support, product operations, or similar function from the ground up, ideally more than once
• Comfortable working as a hands-on individual contributor early on, with the experience to hire and lead a team as the function grows
• Executive presence: you can hold your own in a room with senior leaders across Sales, Customer Success, and Product
• Real, practical experience using AI to change how a business operates, not just point-solution chatbots layered on existing tools
• Background working in a business where data is central, and comfort using data to make decisions (deep technical or SQL skills not required)
