Location: Biloxi, MS
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule:

Monday-Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
Thursday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
No Fridays, weekends, or on-call responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing outpatient dental practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment that prioritizes exceptional patient care and long-term relationships. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal therapy.
Take diagnostic dental radiographs.
Conduct thorough oral health assessments.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations.
Assist the dentist in identifying treatment needs.
Accurately document clinical findings and maintain patient records.
Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols.
Build strong relationships with patients while delivering exceptional customer service.
Prepare the operatory before patient appointments and participate in daily morning team huddles.

QualificationsRequired

Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of Mississippi.
Current CPR certification .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Preferred

Previous dental hygiene experience is preferred; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply .

Patient Population

Outpatient setting.
Primarily treats patients 12 years of age and older .
